Some of Florist Site’s customers have received online orders the day their Florist Site website went live on the internet and in Google Places. Others have taken days, some a few weeks. All, however, have experienced an increase in flowers sales. How will I know when I get a flower order? If you have an email address, which we suggest that you do, once the order is placed online it will arrive in your inbox on your PC automatically. How will the flower order get to me if I do not have an email address? Florist Site will process the flower order and fax it to you. How much does it cost to have a Florist Site website? The website built for you will be FREE. I have a website but I am not happy with it, can Florist Site help? Yes we can. We build you a new site and transfer your current domain to the new website. Your website will be down for no more than a few hours, or 24 hours at the most while the transfer o Do I need to sign a contact with Florist Site? No, definitely not. If you are unhappy you can opt out at any time. How much would it cost to have a website built like this through a web development company? This is something that happens quite a lot, especially if you own a business name with a city/town/suburb in it – like Bondi Florist. If this has happened to you, don’t worry too much about it as there are many other options out there for you that Florist Site can help you with. What technology do I need? All you need is an email address so that your internet orders can be sent to you as they come in. We can assist you in setting up and email address if required. If your shop does not have a PC you must have a fax machine to be a part of Florist Site. How will this increase my turnover? You may be missing out on orders because you don’t have a web site. There are many customer who prefer to order online if they are – ordering from work and can’t speak on the phone, orders from overseas, ordering after hours, of if they would prefer to see images of the flowers before they order them.
